INTRODUCTION
DENFC-M01 is a passive NFC demo development board integrated with ISO14443A tag interface. This demo supports efficient NFC energy harvesting. When combined with mobile phones with NFC function, DENFC-M01 can collect up to 300MW power. Such a high acquisition of power can not only support DENFC-M01 running at full speed in passive mode but also can supply power for external devices such as image sensor and e-paper display.
* Note: Its Software can only be applied to Android phones.
The MCU of DENFC-M01 motherboard is an ARM Cortex-M0 core with the highest operating frequency of 12Mhz. It connects other components on chip through AHB Bus, including high-speed serial data interface, general peripheral, GPIO, RAM, FLASH, EEPROM, etc. Flash is used to store system software and user data while EEPROM is used to store user data and system settings. The typical current consumption of DENFC-M01 is less than 1mA. The high-power energy harvesting of DENFC-M01 is suitable for mobile devices, smart home devices and IoT devices.
This development kit can help developers complete projects that need NFC communication to drive e-paper displays faster and more smoothly. It supports driving Good-Display's black-white e-paper display and three-color (black,white and red/Yellow) e-paper display:1.54'', 2.13'', 2.6'', 2.7'', 2.9'', 3.71'' and 4.2''.
